What does this mean to us?
Sales are slowing down, but listings are on the rise—meaning we’re in a market that’s shifting. For buyers, this could mean more options and negotiating power. For sellers, it’s still a strong price environment, especially with days on market remaining low. Timing and strategy are more important than ever.
Looking at the latest Sales-to-Active Ratio for Maple Ridge, townhomes are sitting at 21.6%, which places us right in the balanced market zone. This means there’s a healthy level of demand—enough to keep prices relatively stable, but not so aggressive that buyers feel rushed. Compared to condos (20.4%) and detached homes (11.0%), townhomes remain the strongest segment in the area.
